Short Description
For our client, China Construction Front Group, an international construction company primarily engaged in residential and commercial developments, infrastructure projects, factories, bridges, and highways, we are looking for a motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Site Engineer.
- As a Site Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of a high-profile building construction project. You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project documentation throughout all phases of construction.
Description
- Coordinate daily on-site activities with the General Contractor, Supervision Company, and other project stakeholders.
- Participate in construction management activities and monitor the implementation of solutions for on-site technical issues.
- Prepare daily reports, construction logs, and other project documentation.
- Manage material submission and approval procedures, inspection requests, and related documentation.
- Establish and maintain project correspondence, documentation records, and tracking registers.
- Support the smooth execution of construction activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in construction management on building construction projects.
- Professional engineering licenses are not required.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Responsible, organized, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while effectively cooperating with multidisciplinary project teams.
