Job Description

Responsibilities 

• UAT Processing (with process in place). Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities in accordance with established testing procedures, guidelines, and workflows. Ensure testing activities are completed accurately and on schedule, while documenting results and escalating issues identified during the testing process.
• Test Case Results Reviews in Excel Tables. Review, validate, and analyze test case execution results maintained in Excel-based trackers. Ensure test outcomes are accurately recorded, identify discrepancies or trends, and maintain organized testing documentation to support reporting and decision-making.
• Creating Reports. Prepare and maintain reports summarizing testing progress, execution results, defects, and key findings. Consolidate data from various sources into clear and concise formats to provide stakeholders with visibility into testing status and overall project readiness.

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

• Experience in Data Analysis (Excel Processing). Proficient in using Excel to analyze, process, and validate data for reporting and testing activities.
• Able to Summarize and Present Large Amounts of Information (Data Visualization and Presentation). Able to transform large datasets into clear insights through reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience in executing UAT, documenting results, reporting defects, and validating business requirements.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience in automation testing with the ability to write test scripts (Python or SQL to automate testing)
• Experience in application testing management software.
• Some quality assurance capacity or equivalent position with an emphasis on application system testing.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills with a background in technical communications.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships.
• Very meticulous to details
