You’ll be working a 3-shift rota:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
We are looking for colleagues with a hands-on approach for a 3-shift rota on behalf of an employer in Sevenum. Experience is an advantage, but we consider motivation and a good work ethic to be just as important.
Thanks to the 25% shift allowance, you’ll quickly earn €21,68 gross per hour, including the allowance. On top of that, you’ll also receive time-off-in-lieu, holiday pay and pension contributions.
Whether you have experience in production, logistics or engineering, or are simply looking for a new challenge, this role offers plenty of opportunities.
Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that high-quality car parts are assembled and inspected correctly.
- Assembling parts in accordance with clear work instructions
- Checking products and semi-finished goods for quality
- Working with tools and assembly jigs to ensure optimum precision
- Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for improvements
- Ensuring a tidy, safe and organised workplace
- Gross hourly wage of 17,34 (excluding a 25% shift differential)
- ADV allowance of 5%
- 8% vacation pay
- 27 vacation days (on a full-time basis)
- Pension accrual starting on day 1
