Job Description

A critical focus of this role is leading the end-to-end integration architecture that connects our contracting and sourcing platforms with the broader enterprise ERP landscape, core SAP, and SAP S/4HANA. This role partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Commercial Tech Ops, Global Security, Enterprise Architecture, and external platform partners to deliver seamless, secure, and highly automated transactional procurement workflows globally.

S2C Solution Design and Configuration

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Configure and enhance Source to Contract enterprise systems such as Ironclad, Keelvar, ZIP Source to Contract workflows.
• In a functional consultant and solution architecture role, support S2C product teams to design custom Agentic AI solutions and liase with Agentic AI factory and data lake teams to implement the solutions end to end.
• Create Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs), Functional Design Documents, and Integration Specifications.
• Support implementation partners in delivering approved roadmap functionality
• Establish and maintain enterprise governance, system administration standards, environment management, and release cadences for SaaS products.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Product Owner and business stakeholders.
• Provide guidance during technical discussions, estimation activities, issue resolution, and solution design reviews.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of platform and integration issues, minimizing business disruption.
• Act as both a hands-on contributor and team lead across deployment, operations, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate change management activities, release schedules, deployment planning, and communication across stakeholders.
• Stay current on procurement technology trends, AI-enabled sourcing capabilities, and emerging S2C innovations

Enterprise Integrations & SAP Ecosystem Alignment

• Define functional integration requirements and interface specifications between Ironclad, Keelvar, ZIP, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4HANA platforms. Support Integration Hub teams through testing, validation, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to streamline the S2C pipeline—ensuring contract data, vendor master data, purchase requisitions (PR), and purchasing agreements flow seamlessly across system boundaries.
• SAP Optimization: Partner with ERP leads to synchronize Keelvar Sourcing Optimizer with SAP Sourcing, streamlining data migration and ensuring single-source-of-truth compliance.
• Develop field mapping and integration specification documents.
• Support SIT, UAT, and integration of validation activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management

• Participate and provide input in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release of coordination.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams on solution design and alignment.Collaborate with Data & Analytics, and AI teams on enterprise standards and future-state capabilities.
• Facilitate business process workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholder
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology blueprints. Track and report platform adoption metrics, cycle-time reductions, and realized savings
• Manage and report on the progress of assigned development and operational tasks.
• Ensure all platform integrations and custom workflows comply with Client Global Security, Data Privacy, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the Source-to-Contract space.

Quality Assurance & Support

• Lead technology operations for Ironclad, Keelvar, ZIP S2C products, and related procurement platforms, ensuring platform availability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage platform administration standards, environment strategy, release governance, and operational procedures.
• Coach and mentor functional analysts, developers, and external delivery partners.Support management of platform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), consumption metrics, and operational performance reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with SaaS providers to ensure service expectations and SLAs are achieved.Monitor platform health, adoption, utilization, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity policies, data privacy requirements, and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Integration Hub, and SAP platform teams to maintain platform alignment and sustainability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and cross-team training on CLM functionality.
• Standardize testing frameworks (Unit, SIT, UAT) for all platform updates, integration touchpoints, and core system patches.
• Lead Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, and Regression Testing.
• Develop test scripts, test scenarios, and validation documentation.
• Support defect triage and release validation activities
• Support vulnerability remediation, risk assessments, and incident response activities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, retention, and privacy policies.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the S2C delivery team.
• Support onboarding and capability development of team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence

Overall IT Experience:  enterprise applications, procurement technology, CLM, sourcing, and Source-to-Contract solutions.

Experience Required:

• Experience gathering business requirements and leading solution design workshops.
• Experience creating TRDs, functional specifications, and interface specifications.
• Experience configuring CLM, sourcing, procurement orchestration, or equivalent SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting FUT, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing cycles.
• Experience with Ironclad platform certifications or advanced administration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar CLM tools
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, orchestration platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
•  Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based enterprise applications.
•  Experience with SaaS governance, cloud security, and enterprise integration architecture.
•  Familiarity with legal operations, procurement workflows, or contract management processes.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering integrations connecting SaaS tools with SAP core ERP or SAP S/4HANA using API gateways, middleware, or native connectors.
•  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Solid knowledge of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines
•  Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex technical initiatives.
