Production employee

Would you like to work with your hands and learn a practical trade? As a production worker, you get the chance to start working in an industrial environment without any technical work experience. You start with a gross monthly salary of € 2.600 and as you learn more and take on responsibilities, your salary will grow accordingly!

As a production worker, you will assist in galvanizing various steel and aluminium products. You will start with basic tasks, where you are responsible for hanging products. Your experienced colleagues will teach you how the production process works step by step. Once you have mastered the work, you will be given increasingly more tasks and responsibilities.

The work is varied. Different products are processed in batches, and the production schedule can change throughout the day. Think, for example, of rush orders or other requests that come in during the day. This allows you to get to know various tasks and products.

You work from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30. Additionally, you work approximately three Saturdays per year.

• A starting salary of € 2.600 gross per month;
• A full-time position in day shifts from 06:00 to 14:30;

You will be working for an internationally operating organization specializing in the protection of steel and aluminum through galvanizing. The products range from large industrial components to smaller products for private clients.

You will find yourself in a practical, industrial work environment where colleagues work together to ensure a smooth production process. The work regularly takes place outdoors, and the work environment is not always clean. You therefore need to be able to handle that well.
