Wat ga je doen?As an Operator, you and your colleagues will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of plastic automotive components. You will set up machines, feed materials into the production process, and perform quality checks on finished products.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating production machines
- Inspecting products for quality and identifying any deviations
- Performing light assembly work
- Gross hourly wage of €17.34 (excluding 25% shift allowance)
- 5% ADV allowance
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment)
- Pension accrual from your first working day
