About Workforce & Organization in Belgium
Workforce & Organization (W&O) sits at the heart of the transformation services Capgemini Invent delivers. We help executives and CHROs design future-ready organizations and operating models, reinvent the role of HR, and move their people towards new ways of working in the age of AI. In Belgium, our team serves leading organizations across financial services, energy & utilities, industry, life sciences, retail and the public sector, supported by Capgemini Invent's international W&O network.
Your role
Reporting to the Head of W&O Belgium, you will own and lead change and AI adoption programs for high-stakes transformations, advise executive stakeholders, and help make Capgemini Invent the market reference in Belgium on these topics. Your role covers four dimensions:
1. Delivery – own and lead change and AI adoption
• Design and lead change strategies for large-scale transformations: AI and GenAI programs, technology deployments (ERP, HCM, CRM, digital workplace), reorganizations and cultural transformations.
• Run change impact and readiness assessments, including the impact of AI on roles, tasks, skills and processes, and translate them into concrete, measurable adoption plans.
• Design human-AI collaboration: redefined roles and workflows, governance and responsible-use principles, human-in-the-loop models, mixed human-agent teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment, coaching executives and managers as key change agents, and support cultural evolution and new ways of working.
• Define and deploy communication, training and upskilling plans (AI literacy programs, champion networks, learning communities, innovative formats), and measure adoption and value through usage, sentiment and business KPIs.
• Embed AI and GenAI in the way we deliver our projects: use AI-enabled accelerators and tools (e.g., for change impact analysis, stakeholder and sentiment analysis, personalization of communication and learning content, and drafting of deliverables) to speed up delivery, raise the quality of insights and increase the value for money of our assignments.
2. Business Driver – grow the business
• Identify and shape opportunities; lead proposals, pricing and client presentations end-to-end, build trusted-advisor relationships with business, HR and IT executives, and contribute to meeting sales targets.
• Work hand in hand with Capgemini Invent's Data & AI, Business Technology and frog teams, and wider Group entities, to embed the human dimension in AI and technology programs.
3. Talent Magnet & Inspiring Leader – grow our people
• Lead, coach and mentor teams of consultants and build their capability in digitally and AI-augmented change approaches.
• Contribute to recruiting and play an active role in animating the W&O community.
4. Key Opinion Leader – build the practice
• Act as offering lead for Change & AI Adoption: methods, assets, accelerators and references.
• Be the voice of Capgemini Invent on AI literacy, human-AI collaboration and new ways of working, with an ethical, human-centric approach (conferences, points of view, social media).
