Your Role
As a Tableau BI & Analytics Consultant, you transform data into meaningful insights that help organizations make smarter decisions. You combine strong analytical thinking with data visualization expertise to design intuitive, trusted, and impactful analytics solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects, you enable organizations to unlock the value of their data through modern reporting, dashboarding, and data storytelling. Tableau is identified within Capgemini's Data & AI community as a key technology used by Data Intelligence & Experience professionals and Data Analysts to deliver consumable insights and visual narratives.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical applications using Tableau.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, semantic models, and reusable analytical views.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data quality, governance, and seamless integration with modern data platforms.
- Apply best practices in data visualization, user experience, and storytelling to drive business adoption and decision-making.
- Optimize Tableau solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability in enterprise environments.
- Support clients throughout the analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to user enablement and adoption.
Your Profile
We are looking for data-driven professionals who enjoy turning complex information into actionable insights. You are passionate about analytics, visualization, and helping clients become more data-driven while working in collaborative and innovative environments. This profile aligns particularly with the Data Visualization and Data Intelligence personas highlighted within the Data & AI community.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering BI and analytics solutions with Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, KPI design, dashboard development, and data visualization principles.
- Experience working with SQL and modern data platforms; knowledge of Power BI, Python, or cloud technologies is considered an asset.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is required. Knowledge of French is a strong advantage.
