Your new team
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be joining our HR team. You’ll become part of a team of five payroll professionals, led by the HR Services & Rewards Manager, responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll for more than 13,000 colleagues. Key focus areas of your role
End-to-End Payroll Processing: Independently manage payroll calculations, employee compensation, and payments for external engagements, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
Legal Compliance: Monitor regulatory changes, interpret labor legislation, and implement all relevant updates to ensure full compliance with legal requirements
Tax Filings & Administration: Prepare and submit tax returns, maintain payroll documentation, and perform regular data reconciliation and compliance checks
Reporting & Analytics: Generate internal and external reports, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely preparation and distribution of payslips.
Process Improvement & Data Security: Proactively identify and mitigate payroll-related risks while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and protection of employee data.

The ingredients you bring
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following experience:
- Minimum secondary education diploma (Level IV), preferably in Economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of payroll experience, ideally within a large organization or payroll service provider
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong knowledge and interpretation of labor law and payroll regulations
- Good command of English, preferrably
Aside from this, proactivity, initiative, and the ability to work independently will take you far. We are looking for someone who understands the bigger picture behind payroll processes, confidently navigates labor law requirements, and builds strong relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.
