We are seeking a proactive and analytical Mid-Level Logistics Assistant (Consumer Business Group EU Hub) to support transportation, warehousing, and logistics optimization activities across the European market.
This role offers the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, improve supply chain performance, and contribute to continuous operational excellence initiatives.
What are you going to do?- Coordinate outbound transportation and warehousing operations with international freight forwarders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Identify logistics risks and process improvement opportunities, and contribute to the implementation of effective solutions.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and service levels.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential operational risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external logistics partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Competitive salary of €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

What do we ask?- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or related operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse processes.
- Experience within the consumer electronics industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are a strong advantage and highly preferred.
