We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or other industries, understanding business processes, and driving digital transformation using Microsoft solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
YOUR MISSION:Â
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and successful solution implementation
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories
• Support solution design and assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training
• Assist in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications
• Identify risks and dependencies within the project scope and work with stakeholders to address them
• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 2550€ - 4800€.
WHO YOU ARE:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration (entities, forms, workflows), Dataverse data model, and system integrations
• Experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and creating BPMN diagrams, user stories, and process flows
• Proven gap analysis and process improvement skills, with the ability to support testing and user training
• Excellent written and verbal English and the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
