Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using wherewework. By using the platform in any way, browsing, registering, submitting content, or applying for jobs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms apply worldwide to all users of wherewework.com, regardless of the country from which you access the platform.
1. About wherewework
wherewework (the "Platform") is an international employer review and workplace intelligence service available at wherewework.com. It is operated by:

2. Definitions
"Platform" or "Site", wherewework.com and all associated services, tools, and applications.
"Company", "we", "us", "our", UNDELUCRAM SRL, the operator of the Platform.
"User" or "you", any person who accesses or uses the Platform, with or without a registered account.
"Individual User", a natural person who registers to submit contributions, apply for jobs, or use career tools.
"Employer", any legal entity with a profile on the Platform, whether auto-generated or actively claimed.
"Recruiter", an individual or agency using the Platform under a recruiter account for talent acquisition.
"API Developer", any person or entity accessing Platform data via the wherewework API.
"User Content", any review, rating, salary data, interview experience, CV, photo, or other material submitted to the Platform.
"Paid Services", premium features available to Employers, Recruiters, and API Developers under a commercial arrangement.
3. Eligibility
To use wherewework, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
- Provide truthful and accurate information at all times
By using the Platform, you confirm you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Account Registration
Some features of wherewework require a registered account. You can register using an email address or a supported third-party social login. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
- Log out after each session
Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is prohibited. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.
Account Types
Individual User (free): For job seekers, employees, and professionals submitting content or using career tools.
Employer account (free to claim, paid upgrades available): For companies wishing to manage their Employer Profile, respond to reviews, and access premium branding and advertising services.
Recruiter account (paid): For recruitment professionals and agencies using the Platform for talent acquisition.
API Developer account: Subject to a separate API Access Agreement.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
5.1 General Rules
All users must use wherewework honestly, respectfully, and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for all content you submit.
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fabricated, or misleading information of any kind
- Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or pornographic
- Make personal attacks on identified individuals
- Violate any applicable law, including defamation, privacy, or intellectual property law
- Impersonate any individual, company, or employer
- Use the Platform for unsolicited commercial activity or spam
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data using bots or automated tools
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Reproduce or exploit Platform content for commercial purposes without written consent
5.2 Content Standards for Reviews & Contributions
When submitting reviews, salary data, or other workplace content:
- Only review employers with whom you have had a genuine professional relationship
- Submit no more than one review per employer per six-month period
- Do not reproduce confidential business information or trade secrets
- Do not post content that breaches any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement
- Write clearly and constructively, feedback should be useful, not simply inflammatory
All contributions are submitted anonymously. Your account identity is retained by the Company for moderation and legal compliance, but your name or identifying information is not displayed publicly.
5.3 CV, Job Applications & Redirects
Users may upload or create CVs on the Platform and use them to apply for jobs. Some job listings are hosted directly on wherewework.com; others redirect to external employer or recruitment sites. For external applications, the terms and privacy practices of those third-party sites apply. wherewework is not responsible for the content, availability, or data practices of external sites.
6. Content Moderation
All submitted content is subject to review using a combination of automated detection tools and human moderators. Automated systems may flag content for review based on our guidelines; final moderation decisions are made by our human team. We apply consistent standards to all contributions regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
- Violates these Terms or applicable law
- Is false, fabricated, or likely to mislead
- Is vague or devoid of substantive value
- Could expose the Company or any party to legal liability
Employers who have claimed their profile may submit a public response to reviews about their organisation. Responses are subject to the same moderation standards.

7. Content Ownership & Licence
You retain full ownership of all User Content you submit. By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
This licence does not allow the Company to sell your individual content as a standalone product. It includes the right to display your content, aggregate it into statistics and reports, and use it in Platform marketing.
The Company's own content, including its software, design, brand, editorial content, and databases, remains the exclusive intellectual property of UNDELUCRAM SRL. No licence beyond what is needed to use the Platform is granted to users.
8. Employer Terms
8.1 Employer Profiles
Employer Profiles may be automatically generated from public information. Any employer may claim their free profile by contacting us and completing verification. Claiming a profile allows the employer to add a company description, respond to reviews, and access basic profile tools. Premium features including custom branding, job posting, and advertising are available under paid plans.
By claiming a profile, the employer confirms that the person doing so is authorised to represent the company, and that all information provided is accurate and not misleading.
8.2 Employer Conduct
Employers may not:
- Solicit, incentivise, or pressure employees to submit biased or false reviews
- Create fake accounts to post self-promotional content
- Attempt to identify anonymous reviewers or use Platform data for retaliation
- Use their account for purposes beyond employer branding and recruitment
8.3 Recruiters
Recruiter accounts are subject to paid subscription terms. Recruiters may post jobs, access candidate tools, and use the Platform for lawful talent acquisition. They may not sell or redistribute Platform data, or contact users in a manner that violates data protection law.
8.4 Job Listings
Job listings must relate to genuine, current opportunities and must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law. We reserve the right to remove listings that do not meet these standards.
9. API & Developer Terms
API access is available under a separate API Access Agreement. All API use is also subject to these Terms. Permitted uses are defined in the API agreement. API Developers may not use data to build competing services, de-anonymise users, or redistribute raw data beyond what is expressly permitted.
10. Intellectual Property & Takedown
10.1 DMCA Notice & Takedown (USA)

- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
- Location of the infringing material on the Platform (URL or description)
- Your contact details (name, address, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will act promptly on valid notices and notify the content provider. Counter-notices may be submitted under DMCA Section 512(g). Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
10.2 EU Notice & Takedown
[email protected] with: identification of the protected work and infringing content; the URL of the specific content; evidence of ownership; and a good faith statement. We assess and respond in accordance with EU law including the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). Content removed in error may be challenged via counter-notice.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy of User Content. Reviews represent individual opinions, not the views of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed EUR 100 or the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, costs, or damages arising from your User Content, your conduct on the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Data Protection
Data Processing Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Company processes personal data as a data controller under the GDPR. For data-related requests, contact: [email protected].
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU legislation. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide greater protection, those protections are not excluded.
We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
