Description du poste

At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Your role

As a Senior AI Governance Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will help organizations design, implement, and operationalize responsible AI governance frameworks that enable innovation while ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and industry standards. You will work with business leaders, legal teams, risk professionals, data scientists, and technology teams to establish governance models that support trustworthy, transparent, and compliant AI adoption at scale.

Your Tasks

  • Build and maintain AI system inventories; classify systems by role (provider, deployer) and by risk level under the EU AI Act.
  • Run EU AI Act readiness assessments: obligations per system, gap analysis, remediation plan and roadmap; at senior level, lead readiness programmes across portfolios of systems.
  • Design and document AI management systems aligned with ISO/IEC 42001: policies, roles, risk management, Statement of Applicability, internal audit readiness; at senior level, take them to certification readiness.
  • Run AI risk and impact assessments with system owners (NIST AI RMF, and Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments with the Legal Specialist) and translate findings into control requirements for the engineers; at senior level, verify that controls and evidence are in place before go-live.
  • Establish AI governance operating models: AI governance board, use case intake and approval, ownership, monitoring and incident process; at senior level, run the board during implementation until the client runs it alone.
  • Produce the documentation the EU AI Act requires with the technical teams: technical documentation, instructions for use, logging, human oversight measures; at senior level, prepare conformity assessment files and support clients with notified bodies, auditors and regulators.
  • Govern generative and agentic AI use: acceptable use, access to tools and data, human oversight, evaluation before release.
  • Build reusable assets: assessment questionnaires, control libraries, policy templates and training for AI system owners; at senior level, coach consultants and contribute to offers.
